Petitioner, a 63-year-old warehouse worker, injured his left shoulder after lifting a pallet at work. Petitioner underwent a surgical procedure on his left arm to repair a torn labrum and torn rotator cuff. During the surgery, the physician placed three permanent screws in Petitioner’s shoulder. After his treatment, his physician released him to full duty work. His case settled for 30% loss of use of his arm, as well as payment of all medical bills and TTD benefits.
